Stall

Am 7 weeks post op today and weight not moved for 3 weeks is this normal? So scared have reached the end as this is the weight I always stop at ?

From what I read and have gone through its normal to stall.i stalled for a couple of weeks then started losing very small amounts just lose 1lb after a 2 week wait!

It's totally normal around the 6 week stage, I guess it's the body's way of trying to protect itself because, after all, the whole surgery thing is quite a trauma and then the sustained low cal intake. It happens to lots of people but it doesn't last, the weight will come off. Just keep following the rules, stick with it and you will lose, try not to worry x
