    I had my bypass in march and I waited 2 1/2 years from referral to op so it is a lengthy time to wait I think the average is 2 years at SRH. Gives plenty of tune to get your head round everything and to be prepared for the changes that are ahead Good luck

    WoW!! Nearly time for my opp

    Good luck to you all 9 weeks since I was in the same position and I have to say still had a couple of wobbles the night before. But it's the best decision I have ever made have lost 3 1/2 stone since op and 81/2 in total. Feel better can walk further feel 100% better than I have done in ages...
