I had Hiatal Hernia repair and POSE during the same procedure last February. I had to eat liquids, then pureed foods for a while anyway because of the POSE, but have not had a single problem with the hernia repair. It's great not to have heartburn any longer!

I give myself a B-12 injection every Wednesday. Sometimes it hurts, other times it doesn't. I've come to figure out that the pain is directly related to the angle at which the needle is inserted. Straight on hurts the worst, 45 degree angle is barely felt. :cool:
