I sure it will all be fine. I have told myself 100 times to walk out of here cause I don't need it. I am thinking past the surgery to hopefully the results in 1 or 2 years time. Good luck. You will be fine. Try and relax ( easier said then done). Let us know how it goes.

Flying to Czech Republic on Monday for WLS. I'm size 28 and terrified of the whole plane saga! I have avoided it for years but now have no choice. I have bought 2 seats just incase. I'm so scared I wont fit in the seat!!!!

I'm having low fat Greek yoghurt- nothing in it. Also another Total 0% fat greek yoghurt by Fage. Takes some getting used to cause quite thick but nice.

Good luck to anyone on their way, there and coming back from Turnov. Thank you for all the info so far, I know there will be more to come. I am going in 2 weeks to Dr H for a sleeve so seeing everyone's positive experiences has settled my anxiety. I am eagerly awaiting everyone's updates.

I gave up 19th June 2012. I had an electronic cigarette for a few weeks which helped but got sick of it after a few weeks. Now I'm totally nicotine free. I still miss smoking but don't crave it... And if I do I've got my electrical one in a safe place.

I'm going solo!!! Bit scary but I'm sure I will be alright. I'll have my iPad/IPhone so can face time those who know. Are you going with someone?
