Shel I was advised by Dr New that I would see one as standard but Mr Ammori stated it was not necessary for me, nor was the pre op diet...my story is one of honesty so please just get a life and leave me alone....your barbed comments are a waste of your time...xx
Whilst I agree seeing a psychologist or whatever they are called is good for some people that have issues I do not think it is necessary for all people. Some people can benefit from talking about the reasons they have gained the weight but for others the reason the weight was gained is nothing...
sorry your struggling chick, I never felt this way at all in the early stages I just craved something to chew on....things will get better and you will be able to eat the things you ate before just less of them....I see it as before I could have a plate with a huge sunday roast on, now I can...

I get everything I need off my GP, I get forceval, calcium, selenium, antacids and iron but I dont take the iron. I will get tested at regular intervals to see if my iron drops and for my vit B12 levels....xx
