19 months post bypass

Well .....
Now weigh 12 stone 8 lb. was 28 stone 9b prior to bypass.
I can never thank all the barriatric team enough. Mr small, Kim,
Dietitians, the out patients girls. A big THANK YOU to all of you. I certainly
Couldn't have done it with out you all!

Well done!!! That is amazing. I weighed roughly the same and am 14 months post op and now weight 19st 4lb. Really not a great loss the past 4 months, more bad stuff creeping in and I scold myself for it every day.

Would love to hear what your daily menu's are like now. I need some motivation/inspiration!
