hello all, i had my 10 day appointment today and drum roll please ive lost 24 pounds 24 pounds i had to ask the doc to do it again as it must be wrong but is was 24 pounds in 10 days FANTASTIC ... so i did a little jig in his office lol

I was there this afternoon too, my app. was 15:00 but I didn't see you.

Well done with the weightloss! I have "only" lost 14lbs but am really pleased with that.

hi ya john a whole stone its FANTASTIC i nearly fell of the chair and asked her to do it again ..hmmm are you sure ..but again she said 11kg ,24 pounds i was like WOW.... i hope you are OK ............
