3 weeks out

Hi guys...

I am 3 weeks out from my sleeve, which was performed by Dr Cierny. ( Miracle man )

I was 242 at the start of my journey, now 207, an amazing difference already. I've been reading lots of posts on here for a while, but so many it's hard to know when to speak up!! Congrats to everyone whose lost weight so far, it's such a good feeling to know the weight is coming off forever.

I hope to make some good friends and support each other on this site, as I have on a few other forums and youtube... were all one big bariatric family!

Do you like the band? A lady who had her sleeve with me had a band that worked wonders, but it slipped a few years after and had to come out.
