I agree with you wholeheartedly. This is for the long haul don't beat yourself up, half a stone down is half a stone in the right direction. I got banded on the 28th March so I am still early days as well. Learning all the time. We can do it...... Xx

Just back from my first fill, man my body does not like barium. Bleh. Wish I didn't have to go out tonight. They started by putting 5ml in but then took 1 back out as I was struggling to swallow. Interesting experience, really wish I could stay home with duvet and Orange is the New Black instead tonight
