Well done honey 
You will lose it don't worry and if you have lost that in 4 weeks you will lose that in no time x
I have lost 8st 11lbs in 6 months and still losing x
As for people knowing you had a bypass don't worry!
I am proud to let people know cos I know that I have tried various diets and I'm not ashamed to say that sought help x
Remember just because you had surgery it doest mean that you have a miracle cure, because it's hard work and a complete change of lifestyle with ups and downs.
So if someone says well done or you are looking well don't worry what they think because if the boot was on the other foot I'm sure they would have done the same.
Be Proud of what you have achieved and don't worry about others cos you have done well no matter how you got there xxx
