4 weeks on can someone share their daily diet

I had a bypass and am 3 weeks post op.
Breakfast : 1 weetabix
Mid morning : small fruit smoothie, cheese triangle or yoghurt
Lunch : 1 scrambled egg,2 dessert spoons baked beans, grated low fat cheese
Mid afternoon : As mid morning
Dinner : Tiny jacket potato, half small tin of tuna with low fat mayonnaise

That was yesterdays menu but other days are similar. Sometimes I don't have the mid morning/afternoon snacks as I don't feel hungry. I have lost 18lb in 3 weeks so I guess I'm doing ok. I am conscious of getting the protein in so I do try to have at least one milky drink too.
I am still at the mashed stage so guess things may change next week when I start to eat 'normal' food again. People say you feel more restriction then. We are all different though, so what works for one may not work for another. Good luck...

I am almost 5 weeks post bypass but I'm nowhere near the stage that mrsfarm is at. I tried soft foods but had really bad pain and had to go back to puree again. I'm going to try some soft foods again today.

B: 1/2 oatibix or yoghurt
L: soup/puree casserole
D: puree something
S: yoghurt or bit of soft cheese if I feel like it.

I'm not taking much in at all. Everyone is different though and you have to listen to your body most importantly.

take a look at the bypass daily menu thread ( we eat similar to sleevers )
