Mixxy, don't worry love... your body clock must be all upside down with the changes in work pattern and you are such a keen cyclist... it won't be piling on again!
Routine changes throw me all over the place in every way... when working the night rota... I was not eating at normal times and it caused havoc with my weight at first...
