Back up to 15st 4lb this morning.

3lb up on last week but 2lb down on last night

Just done 3 X 12 hour shifts and very little sleep.

Annoyed but not worried
 
mixxy your body clock must be all over the place you have done fantastic as i am sure you will continue to x
 
Keep with it mate, youv'e done excellent so far, the odd blip will not have that much affect!
 
I think it's just a normal fluctuation Mixxy. You have mentioned in the past that your shifts affect you. Hopefully this will resolve itself. You know how well you have done and you won't do yourself any harm by fluctuating a little, although I understand (believe me I UNDERSTAND!) how frustrating it is xx
 
i fluctuate by 5lbs but really dont worry. due to my blood sugars dropping suddenly im having to eat more carbs when i exercise that always cause a gain for me but settles within a few days
 
Your right not to worry Mixxy I think its just your body adjusting to the shift work. As others have said our bodies fluctuate by 3-5lbs anyway, so well done :D x
