5 Stone lost and never coming back!!!

Hi I got weighed this morning and I am 14st 7lb, when I started I was 19st 7lb, that is 5 stone lost altogether, I am so pleased I'm half way there I wanted to lose 10 stone, let's hope the next 5 stone comes off as quick as the first.
I know it won't but I don't care how long it takes really, as long as it never goes back on, Karen x

WOW well done Karen. all the best for the next 5. You can't believe how good it feels just to loose some can you? And to know it isn't going back on.
