So had a fill today to take my 10mil band to 6.3 I have went from a 22 to an ok size 16! Not where I want to b but getting there! I go on holiday 22/6 to USA for 3 weeks and they have advised only liquids on plane! Has anyone done this? Will I take a cup a soup and ask them to make it?? Sorry ladies! Xxxx

I went with 7.5mls in my band, no problems at all! In fact ate everything (carefully!) on the plan and I had no issues. Xxx
