A BIT OF PAMPERING FOR ME!

Well as get organised and get ready for my letter to arrive with a date for my wls, i have to also remember ME.

I have booked in to have my eyebrows done on Thursday at 12.15.

The hairdresser is coming to give me a little trim next week too.

With all the organising focused on wls, christmas, shopping ect its made me realise that i need to look after me too.

This is hopefully a sign of things to come when the new me emerges.

Did any of you do anything for yourselves in the run up to surgery? xxxx

For sure I will be. Anything that gives you a lift of makes you feel better, if you can afford it, go for it... make yourself feel better as much as you can... always. Love and hugs xxx

The usual Legs de-fuzzed, eyebrows plucked, lady garden trimmed, feet pedicured and all over body moisturised You dont want to be asleep and someone commenting that yur bits are a bit scruffy XX

Thanks Bev, i need to try and stay focused now till op date because it is so easy for me to get down.

I have got lots of pampering things in which i will start using now to help make me feel better.

Thats what i thought as well, but its mainly to relax me, because i will panic.

Hi Andrea, glad you are pampering, I am worried that your date is not on the calendar above... I keep checking everyday... Tranquil is tomorrow.
Now Meerkat is my rescue Yorkie... I did answer it but I've forgotten the thread too... not sure where it is... it'll turn up somewhere Angel...

I really thought meerkat was a cat lol
I think yorkie dogs are the little white cute ones if im correct.

I think thats a great idea. I haven't had gastric bypass yet, but I do plan to pamper myself a bit before the surgery. I plan to get a manicure, pedicure, and possibly a massage.

Im going to check out the prices of a pedicure when i go to have my eye brows done tomorrow.

I wont be able to have any pampering until after Christmas so im making the most of it pre op xxx

I love pampering myself lol I'm haven my eye brows done today hair done tomorrow and my nails done Monday, not got my date yet but it's deffo a good idea to pamper urself b4 I think I'll b doin all that wen I'm on my pre op diet to take my mind of eating lol and deffo b doin the bits a few of u have mentioned lol just gotta b done, I had a cesarean section may with my little boy and I made sure I pampered myself b4 so then after even though I was in pain I looked fab ha ha well as fab as u can look after surgery xxx

I pampered myself the first time in 2 years I went and got my toe nails done at the spa and had a massage done! that was 2 days before my surgery felt sooooo good I need to do that more often
