I am due to go for my consultation next week. Has any one got a list of questions that they found useful that they can share with me?

I dont think you really need a list of questions, as once you get chatting with the surgeon, the right questions will just pop into your head. he will show you diagrams of the different procedures, and explain them to you. he will also explain about the risks and benefits.

Start making a list now, you want to know if its keyhole/open! How long you'll be in! How long you'll wait for your surgery! More will come as the week passes...

My surgeon asked me what operation I wanted and the reasons why?
Then he agreed with me and the process began.
As others have said, they go in to great details about everything with you and questions tend to pop in your head as they go through it.
