a lost cause

sarah what ever has happened today, now is the time to draw a line under it and move on please do not undo all the hard work that you have achieved this week, today is today its done finished with, you can carry on the good work that you have shown all week, keep positive and think about the "feel good feeling" you had when you wrote the thread wowww, when the scales were going the right way.

So sorry that you aren't feeling so good Sarah. You are trying so hard, but somedays just don't work. If you are feeling really hungry, why not have something useful to eat eg beans on toast. Beans are majorly good for you (and they are of course musical and will make you toot).
You are NOT a lost cause.
 
i agree jen, we all have our off days, egg & beans on toast or waffles is a great meal to sort out hunger, no one is a lost cause on here and we all understand the difficulties your facing right now sarah as we have all been there and lived the experience and know just how it feels.
