a quick update

well i am now 4 weeks post op and everything is goin great, its my 1st day bk at work so i am happy with my progres, i am just a little worried as my weight has slowed down i have only lost 1lb :cry:i was just wondering when can i start swimming???? xx

Im only 2 weeks post op and i was told as soon as the scars had healed properly then swimming is fine. i have been walking since the day i got home from hospital!!

ah well thats good, i was walkin about the day after my op i feel great never been in too much pain or anything, i do struggle wif food nd can still only manage a couple of spoon fulls of food but i am not complaining ha i wil leave it another 2 weeks b4 i go swimming just to be on the safe side x
