feeling good

I all, been 4 my 1st checkup at russells hall 2day+ am chuffed. From 1-9-11till 29-11-11 I have lost 25.6kgs so bigun is happy. Got to go to Telford on the 9-12-11 to see doc there + hope he says I can get back to work as I am gettin rearly bored now, very happy but not used to not working. Got more energy+ a lot happier than 2 weeks ago . Can't believe how fast the time is goin+how quick the weight is comming off+ with not a lot of exercise at the moment. Chuffed bigun will c u all soon .

Congrats!!

I just had to use a Kilos to pounds converter thing .... 56 lbs = 4 stone .... in 3 months (1st Sept - 29 Nov) is EXCELLENT !!!

Thanks everyone went to c all at work today and had loads of praise there too it makes me fee even better, just living day by day + at last gettin smaller. Am already wearing some clothes I haven't wore 4 a long time so bring it on.
