A star, 1/2 stone & staying awake!!!!

WOW - I have a reputation star - now that IS NOT something I thought I would get!!!

It must be my week - I actually managed to stay awake till 9pm twice this week - normally I hit the sack by 6.30-7pm (and sometimes am up for hours in night with OH snoring) but I am trying real hard with this fatigue to achieve a semblance of normality!

AND..(wait for it)..I've lost a staggering half a stone this week.:eek::eek: As I have stated, I don't really 'do' dieting or food managing etc etc - all horses for courses. But - due to my physical symptoms since the op I thought I would give it a go and reduced my carbs and increased my protein and WAY HAY!! Can't say it has increased my energy or stopped the muscle / bone ache but it's a step in the right direction. I get my blood results tomorrow, so fingers crossed for those, I reckon it's B12 and magnesium / potassium.

So - all in all bit of a result this week / today :flirt2::flirt2::flirt2:

Firstly let me help you with my specialist subject....MEN SNORING! My Trev snores something chronic, it would wake me mother up a mile n half away some nights but i get a good kip. I found a shop that rents out and also sells industrial power tools/equipment. Every now and then i slip the guy behind the counter a quid and he throws me a handful of ear plugs. Does the job for me, sometimes if he's facing me i have to poke him to turn over on a particularly bad night, but otherwise not lost a minute since i discovered them...

Well done on the weight loss, whoop whoop you xx

Well done, hope that things will just get better and better.

I was thinking about you today, because you get your blood results tomorrow. Hope it is the B12 coz then it's easy to rectify. Well done on the weight loss, half a stone is amazing.
