Advice ???

I have sore throat and upset stomach some kind of bug for sure. I know have diarrhea, any advice about what I should eat or drink? Calling Dr tomorrow if not better.

Plenty of fluids, you will become dehydrated quickly if you're not careful. Food wise keep it simple, can't go wrong with soups!
