So I haven't even tried any chocolate, or other sweets, since my pre-op. I am now getting to the point where I don't miss it any more. I can usually do without chocolate, can even sit with someone who has it and don't suffer from food envy. Anybody else noticed that? I saw a post the other day on twitter that said, It takes 21 days to build a habit, and if you can live without something for 21 days, you then no longer needed. I find that to be quite true actually.
