I put on 3lbs on holiday - these went pretty quick but I think I'm on a plateau now so I will have another fill at beginning oct. - maybe you are plateauing and just have a bit of extra fluid or something? Have you been eating more? I know I have less restriction than I did - have you got less restriction?

Was pleasantly full not uncomfortably full.

i'm so impatient though.....i'm off to town in a mo to stock up on protiens etc....if i try REALLY hard i may be able to shift it before going for my fill on Thursday....fingers crossed xx
I find that I can eat more later in the evening...I struggle with breakfast but try to have a little something (before banding I would never leave the house without at least 2 slices of toast or a big bowl of cereal/porridge)
I've only had 1 fill and think I'm about ready for another, but then some days I really struggle to eat
I should hope your provider doesn't reprimand you (they want their ar*es kicking if they do )...you've been through a tough time lately so don't be too hard on yourself...you're getting back into it now...don't worry :hug99:
I have been playing the 2lbs off 2lbs on game for a few weeks now. Had 2nd fill on Tuesday and feel small amount of restriction - if I eat to quickly I'm sick!! So at the moment its 2lbs off..............
