aargh - some pre op weight loss back on b4 op

have put back on 4lbs of the 9lbs I had lost on my pre op

always weight heavier at this month time but bugger it now it will look like I havent tried hard when they weigh me - greeeat.

sorry just a vent - does anyone else suffer at this time i hold water for a week my rings dont fit or anything

It's not about weight loss pre-op, it's about shrinking your liver. Try not to worry. You'll be ok so long as you have followed the diet thus far. x

Hi Starry have you tried Aquaban to try and stop the swelling? found this on the internet, its worth popping to the chemist and having a word with the pharmacist!!!

The most effective medicine for water retention is usually a diuretic. Sometimes called water pills, these medications help rid your body of sodium and water by making your kidneys excrete more sodium in urine. They are available in over-the-counter formulations, such as pamabrom (Aquaban), or stronger prescription pills.

oh yes i put on anything from2 - 6lbs the week before my period its a real pain in the backside lol. xxx
