Well I have done it after a no loss since Boxing Day and feeling very low past few weeks I got weighed last Saturday and I lost 2 pounds I was very chuffed but not has chuffed as today I took some very good advice over the past week and have got the scales today and I have lost 6 pounds this week I have been jumping around the room and dancing with the kids hope this continues :D:D:D xxxx

I found havin more protein and I started eatin more fruit and yoghurts I didn't really fancy them what with me bein on them for 2 weeks but I started them up again xxx
