Hi can someone give some answers as I'm really worried I'm on pre op diet and have been for a week now I'm just worried the when it comes to having the surgery that my has not strunk to the size it's ment to be.

We have all had this worry....as long as you follow the diet plan you were given you will be fine.
It is not a weight loss diet and some people dont lose, it is designed to shrink the liver making it difficult to know sometimes.
Stick to the rules and everything will be ok
