Bit of a stange question...but

When you've lost alot of weight can/does your voice change?

Iv kinda noticed the bigger iv got the deeper my voice has got, I don't sound like a man or anything but its alot deeper than it used to be

Can't say i have noticed that but docs often look at that as an indication of thyroid problems, have you ever had it checked out worth asking your gp xx

Iv been checked for an under active thyroid, not for that reason but for my weight gain but all tests came back ok

its to do with hormones - my friend has lost 13 stone, and hers has 'lightened up'.
