BMI 26

I had my check up at walsall yesterday and all is ok BMI down to 30 now from 50 so heading in the right direction. Was told at next check up they will look at my loose skin. Stoke PCT are a pain when it comes to skin removal after this op and they like your BMI to be 26 or below. So will see how it goes

I have lost 4lb in the last couple of months so going very slow at the mo But I no why that is (to much snacking naughty me)

Stoke PCT stick ridged to the BMI thing for skin removal so will have to see how it goes and if I want it done wanna loose another stone and half first.

Tummy tuck inner thighs and a tit lift please(full body lift lol) I can cope with my bingo wings will just wear small sleeves
