My Journey
1. Appointment GP 13/09/14 Said she would refer me 108kg
2. Referral sent by fax on 2/10/14 as Surgery didn't send referral
3. Received 1st Appointment letter 8/10/14
4. 30/10/14 received By-Band Study paper work to be signed
5. 1st App Bariatric Nurse weight and bloods on 7/11/14 106kg
6. 13/03/15 see Consultant but Dietician off sick 102.5kg
7. 16/04/15 app Dietician I didn't do 3 day practice LSD 101.5kg
8. Wrote email to Bariatric Nurse detailing problems
9. 11/05/2015 randomized By-Band Study got Roux-En-Y Gastric Bypass
10. Called today 21/05/2015 agreed MDT for Surgery awaiting date
11. Today I received two letters one for my Pre-Admission Assessment on 8th July 2015 and my date for surgery
12. Had my Pre-Assessment ECG, Bloods, Paperwork post op food, etc
13. My op is on 21st July 2015
