hi
ive got some chicken in korma sauce that i blended down and added some cauliflower. i have put the rest in fridge to keep for up to 24hrs. will this be ok? and can i re heat it?
mandy xx

b4 i had surgery i used to re-heat chicken curry, long as the chicken is well heated throughly u will be ok xx

I would be careful with the chicken Korma as it might make u dump because of ingredients, Korma has cream in it and and in cream is sugar so that might make u dump.
When i re heat it if in the microwave half way through heating it, stir well then carry on and make sure u see steam coming out that way u can make sure its properly heated up.

thanks roch, tried today about 2 oclock so far so good . would it have happened by now?
thanks sarah thats great was really nice and made a change for me xx

so if i take out the bit i want and use that but keep rest in fridge and use later? or should i just throw it away worried now.xx

You should be fine with it - i'm ok with korma sauce but then again i am not a sensitive dumper. Sending hugs with fairy dust xx

Mandy you will be absolutely fine hun. Just reheat the bit you are going to eat, as you said, and make sure it is thoroughly heated. I doubt it will make you dump as the quantities are so small.

If you've had it yesterday and enjoyed it then you will be fine. As someone else said, if its kept in the fridge it should keep for up to 3 days. xx

I would not keep it for 3 days as u dont know if they used frozen chicken to make the Korma and if so should only be kept 4 24 hrs after.
