Cholesterol

I am chuffed to bits. I had my cholesterol checked along with my other bloods last week and my level has gone down from 6.5 to a wonderful 2.6 whoop whoop!!

I am so thrilled with my progress so far, which is 10 stones exactly lost now and the huge difference in my well-being is just so brilliant.

To all you pre oppers, I'm really excited for you as the future is fantastic if you follow the rules of wls.
