I had my band removed and converted to a bypass in March 2014 due to endless problems with my band including one band reposition in 2010. Band was up in 2008. Since about 3 weeks after surgery I have been fighting extreme hunger. I mean absolutely insatiable! Not 'head hunger' I am hungry every couple of hours. I am quite active and am at quite a low weight 10.2st. I was 13.4. Shaw Somers is my consultant and I am still being seen my the team in clinic including a dietician who I will discuss this hunger with. Just wondered if anyone else is/has experienced this? And does it get ease off?
