Ive had this thought, once i get to goal weight what will i feel like? wot do i do then?
It may seem silly but has anyone else thought like this? cos im thinking this time next yr i could be thin or b4...... it so hard to think that way
I have been at target for over 6 months and have got to admit I don't feel any different to how I felt at my biggest.
Just smaller clothes and less wardrobe space due to the amount of clothes I have got now
More energy but still shattered because I am now doing twice as much
