Daily Sleeve Food Diaries - please add yours!

If you are joining this thread please say at the beginning of each post how many weeks (or months/years?!) you are post-op and what stage you are on if not on "normal" textures.

Anyone fancy contributing to a daily sleeve food diary? I see there is one on here but it seems to have lost momentum

As there are a few people on here with a sleeve now, or due to have one soon, I think it would be a really useful thread. Unless I am in a minority (of one) again! Any takers? x x x

8 months post-op. My dietician advises me to eat normally, no dieting and to eat little and often during the day. Today I had:

Breakfast: Babybel cheese and a small bunch of grapes
Cup of tea with skimmed milk
Glass of OJ

Snack: Tea and a rich tea biscuit

Lunch: M&S BBQ chicken bites (90 cals for a little pack of 5-6 pieces) and a cracker

Snack: Tea

Dinner: 2 tbsp home-made chilli with a tortilla wrap, some grated cheese and some cucumber

Numerous cups of tea and diluting juice for the rest of the evening!

Breakfast: Nothing (I know, I know!)

Lunch: Slice of Kingsmill crustless 50/50 bread with some cheddar cheese and tomato. Tea x 2 cups, 200ml diluting sugar-free squash

Snack: Tangerine and a cup of tea

Dinner: 2 Fish Fingers and a tbsp of sweetcorn, cup of tea, glass of milk and a glass of apple juice

I've not had a good day, busy at work (I'm a chef) and didn't get a chance to eat properly! Tomorrow won't be much better :/

Thank you for this thread! It makes me see what I'm doing right and wrong! lol

I missed a meal today. I'm still having to force myself to eat and drink so it all feels like a chore at the moment! I'm assuming it gets easier...?! :)

I'm 8 months down and I don't get half the liquids in me that I should. I find it very hard. I have never been a big drinker anyway which doesn't help. :(

I've never been a big drinker either - I find the liquids side a challenge, for sure. It seems relentless and it's constantly making me feel sick! :jelous:
