Got my first appointment with a dietician at my local health centre next tuesday, im so nervous what they are going to ask me and hoping to give the right answers, im afraid if i say the wrong thing they will say im not ready for surgery....

you need to be true to yourself and tell them the truth about your food issues if you dont then they cannot help and remember they hear from people everyday so they have probably heard your story before from someone else in the same situation

My impression of this appt was to see how you I was eating, amounts, when etc so they could advise me and discuss what surgery is best for ne to fit with my eating habits.

You will be fine, dont worry but be honest xx
