Not going anywhere!
As most of the people at work are lads - I did`nt tell them I had surgery. I did tell my boss of course as he needed to know in case I had any problems.....and as he is very large himself he was interested in how I was doing.
The only other person I told at work was my closest work colleague as we have worked together for years and cover for each other at times.
I told all my family of course as we don`t keep secrets and they have been really supportive, especially as it was to improve my health.
