Drinking after meals !!

Cos it washes the food down out of your pouch leaving you without a full feeling, and later on in the journey you might find that makes you hungry.
 
It can also swell the food in your pouch and cause you to feel uncomfortable or even be sick if you drink too soon after a meal, especially when you are moving from soft foods to solid foods. Stopping fluids for a minimum of 30 minutes after eating really is a good habit to get into early on because it will serve you well to feel full for longer.
