Hi Everyone,

Hope you are all doing well :)

I've started exercising every other day for approx 45 mins to 1 hour and yes it makes you feel good etc but I've noticed my weight loss slows down the more I exercise... I don't eat anything different. Does anyone know why this happens?
 
When you work out your muscles develop tiny tears. As they heal this is what create the stronger muscles and gives you that toned appearance. While they heal the muscles are surrounded by water to aid the process. This "excess" water is what is showing up on the scales.

Don't let that stop you though. Keep going! Muscles weighs more than fat anyway so you may notice that the scales stop moving while your body is getting very lean. xx
