Fast forward 2 years

2 years ago whilst on holiday for my 50th birthday I plucked up the courage to tell my O/H I wanted a gastric bypass, luckily he was very supportive and I had the op in November (self funded) on that holiday I didn't go on the beach as it was too hard to walk in the sand and no where to sit and rest, if I sat on the sand there was no way Id be able to get up! I was a hot sticky mess but couldn't even sit outside on the balcony as the plastic chairs were too scary.

This year wow what a difference 11st 10lbs lighter running up and down the beach, I even sunbathed in a bikini!!
