Feeling a little scared

Went to see my auntie on Monday after her gastric bypass and seeing her the way she was scared me

also went to see her today and she looks so down and sore and bloated
how long does this last and is it normal to feel so scared

I think it hit home when I realised she was on a high dependency ward after the opp but saying all that she was sent home on the 2nd day x

I think everyone who has any sort of stomach surgery will feel sore and bloated for a few days, just luckily the vast majority of people go on to make quick recoveries.
And I would guess tht most people waiting or an op are scared, especially if they've never had major surgery before.
But keep your chin up dolly, it'll be over and done with before you know it and you can look forward to the rest of your life!
