really dont feel well feeling sick cant stomach the soup no more the thought of it makes me gag now is this normal bariatrics saying drink more milk but 1 can only drink so much roll on for stage 2 saturday .............also just feeling tired all the time x

Sorry to hear you are not feeling too bright. I certainly felt sick alot at your stage, although I had the bypass. My surgeon told me to drink more, which I found difficult, but it did help.

hi sarah i no how you feel with soup im the same getting my nerves,im on puree now but im just getting thick soup and blending, but yes still soup.
but i no we will get there. chris.

hi ty 4 messages they said cant have weetabix till stage 2 which, is on saturday this week i feel bit better now ate a mini miolk tiday a mousse and had oxtail soup just now x

ditto! I am feeling exactly the same and I just keep hoping it will pass, because it is pretty grim isn't it? I hope this stage passes and you will soon be feeling better.
