Don't get upset over it lovey, I had a bad week last week myself, kids ill, pmt etc and too many cals overall and I had a gain. I am just going to work hard this week and get it back off plus a couple extra. The important thing is to not let the guilty feeling spoil the new week. What you do most of the time is what counts, so start with a clean slate this week and you'll be back on track no worries x
