First post-op appointment...results !!!!

EVENING ALL,

Well went to salford this tea-time for my first appointment since surgery..

And Ive lost 3 stones...it feels MARVEOUS !!!
I couldnt have done it on my own and I thank the NHS for giving me this gift.

I hadnt been on here much as Ive been a bit sickly,but my anti-sickness tabs have helped a great deal.
And I asked the nurse about this at my appointment and she told me..
You can feel sick when losing weight!

Anyway the dietican was very happy as Id tryed all meats,even lamb!!! and they was fine.

So Im very happy today...xxx

lol...try not too be too scared,I have to admit I had 2 occasions of tuna and chicken getting stuck!
and I have learnt as long as I chew the living daylights out of the meat Im totally fine..
