First time stalled :-(

Feeling a bit disappointed this week as it's the first time since pre-op diet last May I have not lost any weight I know it will slow down lost 8st 9lb altogether I am in the 13s now

Thats good going in my mind having a stall after 8 months ! You look amazing in your before /after photo you will kick start the weight lose very soon im sure

Hi, I had my bypass last May and I'v had a few stalls so I think your doing great if this is your first. I'm also loosing much slower than I was last year. Just don't let it get to you keep going and it will kick start again I'm sure.
By the way you are looking amazing well done.
