Freshly banded bander

Hi i was banded yesterday and touchwood apart from discomfort from time to time as if someone is sat in my chest I seem to be fine and dandy and even managed a 30 min walk thus afternoon. I am actually surprised at how well I am feeling and have no appetite yet which us great ?

However I am struggling when going for a wee as I constantly feel like I need to go but when I get there it takes for me to get it out, so was wondering has anyone else experienced this before????

Thanks Neen I've been reading on here for a while now and it's great to here other people's story's and definatly helped me get though my last few days before the opp.

How long does it normally take for the anaesthetic to wear off completley????

I was pretty out of it for my first week after surgery...not sure whether that was my starting weight or the after effects of the op in general or both!
