gained a few pounds

hi all have my appointment at l&d tomorrow the last one before my pre op in surgical wing and i think i have gained few pounds since my last appointment in march.
i have been living on take aways the last two weeks due to no electrics or kitchen and i dont want this to mess up my surgery.
will this stop my surgery going ahead?

very worried as so close and dont want it all to mess up now!
