Gastric Sleeve pre op diet - help needed :(

Hi all,

Could you guys help me understand what i can and cant eat for my pre op sleeve diet?

I'm booked in for the 2nd march and have not had much help besides 'eat low fat and no alcohol' before surgery.

Please help me, i'm very lost and would really appreciate some advice

I'm sorry I done the milk diet so I wouldn't exactly know. Can't they give any more advice to you?

I think you need to keep to low fat and low carb foods. Thats what I am planning to do

Eat protein, chicken, fish, turkey, eggs and leafy and green veg. No potatoes bread pasta etc and have a couple of low fat yoghurts a day. That was pretty much what my provider instructed me pre op
