If I remember mid 9's was a bit of a goal for you way back in the beginning wasn't it? It's obviously going to be lots of work, but so worth it.

No...I remember asking my surgeon if he thought could make it into the 10s...and he said it was doable! I never dreamed I'd make it this low, with the nines in sight now. My goal has always been 10st nothing. And no I haven't been away again. But I have bought a Power Plate vibrating exerciser thingey and maybe that's kickstarted things? Who knows.
