Julie, that's great you've got a date. I have a provisional date of June 19 but told it may be pushed back to late June.

Hopefully there will be a few of us going through this next month. Keep in touch.

Congratz it will soon be here x

Hi hun, just saw your post and wanted to say congratulations on getting your date :)

Good luck x

Nervous & excited,I agree, only nervous due to the unknown & knowing we are not in control, excited yes first day of a new beginning, but I,m also sure it will get worse before it get's better, the first few days will be tough, but I,m willing to ride out the storm for a healthier future

Hi Julie :)

Congrats on making it to the losers bench. From what i have read it isn't unusual for a stall to occur at this point so I wouldn't stress about it hun. Your body is going through a major adjustment and at this point doesn't want to let go of its stores preferring to burn of excess muscle instead. Stick with it & it will let go of it eventually ;) xx

Good idea Julie. It can easily become an obsession. I'm afraid to say I am a bit of a scale junkie

Ive seen loads of people say this has happened :) it might last for a few weeks but then kick start again! Like any diet, your body is just trying to work out what the hell is going on!
